Our strength training programs focus on increasing strength, stability, motor control, and overall health. We support athletes with advanced performance and sport specific training. 

Our functional strength training program is designed to enhance performance and mitigate injury. Each program is customized based on experience, sport, activity, and individual goals. 

Experienced athletes can receive advanced functional strength training, which is customized to each individual’s goals and focuses on enhancing strength and stability for elite athletic performance.

Group Strength Training

Group strength training focuses on increasing strength, stability, motor control, and overall health in a group setting. Participants split a single rate among the group.

PITCHING

Our individualized pitching instruction sessions are designed to meet each individual athlete where they’re at, build a healthy foundation, and meet the athlete's objectives. 

RECOVERY

We treat recovery as a priority. Recovery sessions include a range of restorative practices, from cold therapy to sauna sessions, soft tissue treatments and meditation.
