Shipping and Deliveries FAQ:


-How will my garment fit?

Parallel x League is designed to fit a broader, taller, athletic frame. This means longer cuts and wider shoulders and waists. Please refer to the Fit Guide on the individual product page to confirm your size in PxL apparel. 


-How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time of order for processing, packing, transit and delivery. 


-Can I track my order?

You can track your order by clicking the link found in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. 


-Do you ship internationally? 

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

-What is the return policy? 

Merchandise must be returned within 21 days. 

We will not accept merchandise that is: missing tags, worn, altered, or washed. 

We will review your request and send you a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. 

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving. 

You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved. 

Please note that it can take up to 10 business dates for the credit to appear on your statement. 

 

- How do I initiate a return? 

Please contact info@parallelxleague.com  and include the following in your email:

-Name

-Order #

-Item(s) to be returned

-Reason(s) for return

-Please include your packing slip or order confirmation email in your package. 

 

-Can I make an exchange instead?

Merchandise must be exchanged within 21 days of receipt. 

We will not accept merchandise that is: missing tags, worn, altered, or washed. 

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving. 

If you’d like to make an exchange: please contact info@parallelxleague.com and include the following in your email:

-Name

-Order #

-Item(s) to be exchanged

-Reason(s) for exchange

-Details on what you’d like instead. 

-Please include your packing slip or order confirmation email in your package. 

We will review your request and send you a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. Once those are received we will send out the replacement items, no shipping charges apply.
